A deposit is required to confirm your order. Your place in the build queue is determined by when we receive your deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable.
Ownership of goods remains with Full Boar Fourbie Drawers Pty Ltd until paid in full. Goods will not leave the premises until full payment has been received.
Payment by cash on pick up, or bank deposit/eftpos only prior to pick up/delivery. Proof of payment must be shown on pick-up.
FRIEGHT LIABILITY – Full Boar Fourbie Drawers Pty Ltd can accept NO liability for loss of damage of goods once they have been dispatched from our factory (including the use of our freight) Insurance is the receiver’s responsibility.
If damage has occurred, a photograph of the packaging MUST be sent to us, along with photographs of the damage within 5 days of receiving your product.
REDELIVERY FEE – If a redelivery fee is received from the freight company, with will be invoiced to the customer for immediate payment.
RESIDENTIAL FEE – If a “business address” is not in a commercial/industrial area and in a residential area, and Full Boar Fourbie Drawers Pty Ltd is charged a residential fee by the freight company, this will be invoiced to the customer for immediate payment.
WARRANTY
Full Boar Warranty
At Full Boar Fourbie Drawers, we build our products for real-world adventure. From corrugated outback tracks to everyday touring, our systems are designed and handcrafted to last.
Drawer System Build Warranty
We proudly offer a Lifetime Structural Warranty on the build of our drawer systems and false floors.
This covers:
- Structural integrity of the drawer system
- Timber construction and workmanship
- Carpet adhesion and installation workmanship
- Hardware and assembly workmanship
Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Water damage, misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Damage caused by accidents or overloading
- Damage caused by modifications not carried out or approved by Full Boar
- Drawer slides (covered separately below)
Drawer Slide Warranty
All drawer slides supplied by Full Boar are covered by a 2 Year Warranty from date of purchase.
This covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults under normal recreational and touring use
This does not cover:
- Damage caused by excessive weight loads
- Lack of maintenance or cleaning
- Dust, mud, saltwater, or corrosion damage from improper care
- Misuse or impact damage
12V Systems Warranty
All 12V components and electrical accessories are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty of the individual product brands supplied and installed.
Warranty periods and conditions may vary between manufacturers.
Warranty Claims
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us with:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the fault
We’ll work with you to assess the issue and get you back out on the tracks as quickly as possible.
